PART A — DOOR PRIZE DRAWING

4.1
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, TICKET, OR TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE DOOR PRIZE DRAWING. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE A PARTICIPANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING.

Entry in the Door Prize Drawing is not conditioned on paying admission, purchasing a ticket of any tier, registering for any tournament, purchasing a 1v1 Player Challenge ticket under Part B, or making any other purchase. Paid and free entrants receive the same number of entries and the same odds of winning.

4.2 HOW TO ENTER

During the entry period, any eligible person present at the venue may request one (1) drawing entry ticket at the check-in table, free of charge, regardless of whether that person holds a paid ticket, a free ticket, or no ticket. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Event. Entry tickets are not transferable and have no cash value.

4.3 ENTRY PERIOD AND DRAWING

The entry period opens at 6:00 PM and closes at 7:30 PM on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The drawing will be conducted on-site at approximately 7:45 PM on Saturday, September 12, 2026, immediately prior to the 8:00 PM meet and greet, by random selection from among all eligible entries received. Sponsor’s on-site staff lead will conduct the drawing, and the results are final.

Winners must be present at the venue at the time of the drawing to claim a prize. If a selected entrant is not present, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may draw an alternate entrant, time permitting.

4.4 ODDS

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

4.5 DOOR PRIZES

The following prizes are available in the Door Prize Drawing:

  • One (1) ASUS ROG Delta II Wireless gaming headset, new in original packaging, approximate retail value $183.99.
  • One (1) ASUS ROG Falcata gaming keyboard (SKU 6633436), new in original packaging, approximate retail value $309.99.

Total ARV of all Door Prize Drawing prizes: $623.97. Prize specifications are subject to availability. One (1) winner will be drawn for each prize listed above. Consistent with Section 7.1, no person may win more than one prize; the ticket drawn for one prize is removed from the pool before the next prize is drawn.

PART B — 1v1 PLAYER CHALLENGE

5.1
NATURE OF THE PROMOTION

The 1v1 Player Challenge is a contest of skill. The outcome of each match is determined solely by the participants’ play. No element of chance determines the outcome, and no element of chance determines which ticket holders are selected to play. The 1v1 Player Challenge is not a drawing, raffle, sweepstakes, lottery, or game of chance, and the “no purchase necessary” provisions of Part A do not apply to it.

5.2 HOW TO ENTER

Challenge tickets are sold on-site at $10.00 per ticket. Tickets are numbered sequentially and are honored strictly in the order sold, on a first-come, first-served basis. Selection is not random and is not by drawing. Sponsor will offer ten (10) match slots as a baseline on each of Saturday, September 12 and Sunday, September 13. If matches run faster than expected, Sponsor may open
additional match slots for sale in real time on the same first-come, first-served basis, which will be offered from a free, numbered waitlist maintained at the check-in table, in the order in which names were added to that list. Sponsor will not sell a ticket for a match slot that is not then available.

Sponsor will sell no more tickets than the number of match slots then available. If all slots are filled, ticket sales close. Any ticket holder who is not matched during the Event will receive a full refund of the ticket price on request at the check-in table before the close of the Event. Sponsor has six (6) monitors available as prizing for the Event. Monitors are awarded to winning participants in the order in which winning matches are completed, while supplies last. No participant is guaranteed a monitor. Before selling any ticket, Sponsor will tell the purchaser how many monitors then remain, and that any monitor awarded after the first four may have been used during the Event. If the monitor supply is exhausted, a ticket holder who has not yet played may elect either (a) a full refund of the ticket price, or (b) to play the match
with an Evil Geniuses windbreaker (approximate retail value $119.99) as the prize for winning.

Purchasers must present valid government-issued photo identification confirming they are
at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of purchase. Tickets are non-transferable. A purchaser may buy no more than two (2) tickets. No participant may win more than one (1) monitor, regardless of the number of matches won.

Each participant must sign the 1v1 Player Challenge Participant acknowledgment, Release and Consent before playing.

5.3 MATCH FORMAT

Each match is a single game (best-of- one) against an Evil Geniuses player designated by Sponsor. No handicaps apply. Sponsor’s on-site staff lead has final and binding authority over match administration, scoring, conduct, and the resolution of any dispute. Sponsor may substitute the designated player at any time.

5.4 CHALLENGE PRIZES

A participant who wins their match receives:

  • ASUS ROG Strix XG259QNS Gaming Monitor, approximate retail value $379. Monitors are provided without any manufacturer warranty. The first four (4) monitors awarded will be new, unopened units, approximate retail value $379 each. Any monitor awarded thereafter may have
been used for demonstration or gameplay during the Event and is awarded in used condition, approximate retail value $265 each.

On Sunday, September 13, the 1v1 Player Challenge is played as a to be determined fighting game title, and a participant who wins also receives one (1) Riftbound: Vendetta booster pack, approximate retail value $5.00. Participants who do not win their match receive no additional prize. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, provide a participation item (such as merchandise) to any or all challengers; any such item is not guaranteed and does not alter these Rules. Prize specifications are subject to availability.

PART C — SUNDAY RIFTBOUND SEALED TOURNAMENT

6.1 NATURE OF THE PROMOTION

The Sunday Riftbound: Vendetta Sealed Tournament is a contest of skill. The outcome is determined by the participants’ play, and no element of chance determines the outcome or which entrants are admitted. It is not a drawing, raffle, sweepstakes, lottery, or game of chance, and the “no purchase necessary” provisions of Part A do not apply to it.

6.2 HOW TO ENTER

Participation requires both (a) a valid $20 Lobby ticket for Sunday, September 13, 2026, and (b) registration through the publisher’s event listing for the tournament. Participation is limited to thirty-two (32) players, admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no separate tournament entry fee beyond the Lobby ticket. A person who registers through the publisher’s event listing without a Lobby ticket will be given the opportunity to purchase one on site, subject to remaining capacity.

6.3 FORMAT

Sealed format with Swiss rounds, beginning at 1:00 PM Pacific on Sunday, September 13, 2026, and consisting of three (3) Swiss rounds. Sponsor’s on-site staff lead has final and binding authority over tournament administration, pairings, scoring, conduct, and the resolution of any dispute.

6.4 PRIZES

Four (4) playmats supplied by Riot Games, Inc., awarded to the four (4) players who finish the tournament undefeated. Where more than one player finishes undefeated, the playmats are allocated in order of finish, determined by tiebreakers based on opponents’ match records and applied by the on-site tournament organizer, whose determination is final, and the player placing first selects first. If fewer than four (4) players finish undefeated, the remaining playmats are awarded to the next highest-placing players by final standings. The playmats are: Spirit Blossom Ahri (estimated value $56.00), Poppy (estimated value $28.00), Spirit Blossom Teemo (estimated value $17.40), and Master Yi (estimated value $15.70). These playmats are not sold at retail, and the values stated are good-faith estimates based on secondary-market
pricing. Each participant also receives six (6) Riftbound: Vendetta booster packs to build a sealed deck, approximate retail value $30.00 per participant, and one (1) additional booster pack for each match won, approximate retail value $5.00 per pack.

PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL PROMOTIONS

7.1 PRIZE CONDITIONS

Prizes are awarded “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except for any manufacturer’s warranty accompanying the prize. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The monitors awarded under Part B are provided without any manufacturer warranty. The peripherals awarded
under Part A are provided new in their original packaging, together with any manufacturer warranty included in that packaging. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Limit one prize per person per promotion.

7.2 TAXES AND DOCUMENTATION

All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any prize with an approximate retail value of $600 or more will be reported on IRS Form 1099-MISC. Before any such prize is released, the winner must provide their full legal name, mailing address, and a completed and signed IRS Form W-9 on-site. A selected winner who declines or is unable to provide this documentation forfeits the prize, and Sponsor may award it to an alternate.

7.3 PUBLICITY AND LIKENESS

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city and state, photograph, image, likeness, and voice in connection with the promotion of the Event and of Sponsor, in any media, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation. Where a winner is under eighteen (18) years of age, that consent must be given by the winner’s parent or legal guardian, and Sponsor will not use the minor’s name, image, likeness, or voice absent that consent.

General attendee filming and photography at the Event is governed by the notices posted at the venue entrances and at the check-in table, and not by these Rules.

7.4 RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering either promotion, each participant releases Sponsor, RWT Collective, and ASUS, and their respective officers, employees, contractors, and agents, from liability for any claim, loss, injury, or damage arising out of participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent such release is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Rules releases any liability that cannot lawfully be released, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, illegible, damaged, or destroyed entry tickets, or for any error in the administration of either promotion that is not within Sponsor’s reasonable control.

7.5 MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel either promotion in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including where the promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to venue conditions, product availability, technical failure, or any cause outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. If a promotion is cancelled after entry has opened, Sponsor will award any prizes then available from among eligible entries received prior to cancellation, and will refund any 1v1 Player Challenge ticket that has not been played.

7.6 DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor may disqualify any person who violates these Rules, tampers with the entry or match process, acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, or violates the venue’s rules or the direction of venue or Sponsor staff.

7.7 PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with either promotion is used for administering the promotion, awarding prizes, and satisfying tax reporting obligations. Questions and requests regarding personal information may be directed to privacy@evilgeniuses.gg.

7.8 GOVERNING LAW

These Rules and both promotions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of either promotion is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

7.9 CONTACT

Questions about these Rules may be directed to Sponsor’s on-site staff lead at the check-in table, or to privacy@evilgeniuses.gg.
